This is the biggest Mister Icon update ever, and it introduces a fully customizable Icon Creator!

Add you own text, with more than 90 different fonts to choose from, including fonts for international languages.

Freely move text elements, and adjust spacing, rotation, styling and colors.

You can even use emoji to really liven up your icon labels!

This update also includes full support for iOS/iPadOS 18 and the new iPhone 16 series of devices.

The ability to have custom icons is something that I have always dreamed of implementing and I am excited to have finally made it a reality.

The TEXT COLOR update!
Mister Icon has had fully customizable icon background colors for quite some time, but text colors have always been limited to black or white only.

Not anymore! This update enables fully customizable text colours too!

You can now create your own custom icon color schemes with whatever text and background colors you like. And those text and background colors can then be easily used to create matching wallpapers too.

This update also introduces a new set of ready-made color schemes that take full advantage of the new colored text ability.

The TIPS & TRICKS update!
This update adds a new section to the app, featuring tips and tricks to help you make the most of Mister Icon.

Something many people might find particularly interesting is a detailed set of instructions on an alternative Mister Icon installation method using the Shortcuts app.

This method is more complicated than the regular 'Add to Home Screen' method, but it allows you to make the icons perform special functions.

For example: you could make a 'Music' icon start playing some music when you tap on it, or you could make a 'Games' icon launch your favorite game-related website.

There are many options to consider using this Shortcuts method, and I hope it might spark some interesting ideas.

This update also introduces full support for the new iPhone 14 series of devices, and even includes special 'hidden island' wallpapers for iPhone 14 Pro and 14 Pro Max - in case you want to blend the Dynamic Island in with your home screen background.

The CUSTOM COLOR update!
This is the biggest Mister Icon update so far, with major new color features!

The 12 standard Mister Icon color schemes are all still available, but are now joined by 24 new color schemes, grouped into Pastels, Fluro and Moody color sets.

In addition, the app now includes a customizable color system that allows you to create custom color schemes that can be applied to both icons and wallpapers.

Creating color schemes is easy - simply choose a text color (black/white), then choose any background color you like via a color wheel or by punching in a 6 character hexadecimal color code.

A new custom wallpapers feature allows you to quickly and easily piece together your perfect wallpaper by simply choosing colors for the different wallpaper parts from a list of color swatches, including any custom colors you've created.

The Mister Icon app now provides the ability to add circular text labels to your home screen via the use of new 'round' icons and matching colored wallpapers.

The WALLPAPER update!
The Mister Icon app now provides access to some simple wallpapers in colors that match those of the app's icons.

Different wallpapers have been designed for each iOS device model, from the iPhone SE right through to the 12.9" iPad Pro.

Some wallpapers allow for a 'seamless' effect when used with icons of the same color.
For iPhone X, XS, XS Max and XR, there are some simple wallpapers that allow you to blend in the 'notch' at the top of the screen, if you want to.

The wallpapers can be accessed via the 'paint roller' icon, when scrolling down the left side of the app.
