Fixed thumbnail generation pipeline which was doing double scale down resulting in blurry thumbnail.

We have added a TIFF Scale Factor to Settings that will allow you to shrink oversized TIFF documents:
Some document scanning storage systems generate TIFF documents that are scanned at 2400 DPI. This results in pages that are 400 megapixels, when a document 1/10 the size at 40 megapixels would be acceptable. In the Settings panel, you can adjust the TIFF Scale Factor from 1/32 to 1×. Then pre-render your TIFF to reset the visual quality, speed and size.
