We’ve made an important update to the communication with our door readers. This is another big step forward in improving the stability of our access control experience.
In addition, we’ve fixed a few small visual issues and added support for more countries within the app.

We’ve made small improvements to the overall look and feel of the app, fixed a few minor issues (especially on Android), and expanded our list of supported countries for our customers.

Finding your nearest store just got easier.
You can now use the map to quickly locate the closest ALLSAFE location.
We’ve also made some behind-the-scenes improvements to keep things running smoothly.

You can now fill in a contact form without logging in.
This makes it even easier to get in touch with our Sales & Service team – whether you’re a customer or just looking around.

Behind the Scenes Improvements
In this release, we’ve made important technical updates that improve the app’s foundation. We’ve rebuilt core parts of the app using modules. While you won’t notice changes right away, this helps us prepare for future features and keeps the app running smoothly. Keep you posted!

We’ve also rolled out a major performance upgrade. The app now responds faster and feels even more natural to use – just the way you’d expect from ALLSAFE.

Hot fix

Improved app performance and user experience in this version.

We’ve resolved an issue where some users saw a blank white screen when trying to open a unit.

Unlocking should feel instant – and now it does.
We fixed an issue where door unlocks would sometimes time out or feel delayed, even though the door reader showed a green light. Doors will now open promptly after unlocking, just like you’d expect.

Lost connection blues? Not anymore!
We’ve fixed an issue where some data wouldn’t update after the internet connection was lost and then restored. Everything now syncs like clockwork once you’re back online.

This fix also gave the overall app performance a nice boost. Snappier, smoother, better – just how we like it.
