For iOS 17+, Fog of World now supports modern shortcuts that can operate in the background, when the app is closed, or even if the device is locked. Ensure you replace old ones in your customized shortcuts to keep them working.

Additionally, the widget’s record button now allows toggling recording mode without opening the app. The “last update” text at the bottom also functions as a refresh button, enabling you to manually update the widget at any time.
