iOS 5 compatibility

It's here!  iRosary is now a universal app and it never looked better than on the iPad's large screen.

We also updated the user interface with Retina artwork, some new images, and a refined home screen.

Finally, we fixed an issue preventing the device volume controls from adjusting the sounds.  You can once again turn them down to more pleasing level.
