iOS 10 refresh and minor bug fixes

Fix a glitch in the quilt drawing introduced in the previous release.

bug Fix and update to iOS 9

Blocks from QuiltWizardCompanion where not loaded when sent directly to QuiltWizard. It is now fixed.

Now load custom block definitions sent to you by mail directly into quilt wizard right from the mail app. You can design new simple blocks using the new application QuiltWizardCompanion.

- Improved Fabrics drawing. Now you can choose from two fabrics size when adding from the camera or photo library. Large size fabrics, useful for large prints, are drawn in one single piece in a block, while small sizes are tiled by 2x2.

- Added a quick start guide to help first use of the application.

- You can now also print, or mail a block in addition to the quilt.

- Added a feedback button to get quick & easy access to support.

- Added a diagonal / on-point quilt layout
- Choose up to two borders for your quilt, and optionally, select a fabrics for the corner stones (the intersections between two sashing strips).

This update comes with :

- better stability

Fixed issue on iOS5.0, where the application remains locked into the camera mode.
