    *** KNOWN ISSUE ***

A few older devices (iPhone 3GS-4S) appear to have an issue with applying themes. We are investigating to see what's going on, and will have a fix when possible. Thanks!

    *** NOTE ***
This version drops support for iOS 5. Do not install if your device is not at iOS 6 or higher. To make a backup of the older version for future use, synchronize your device with your computer, and then copy the app on the computer to a safe place.

    New in 1.3:

     - New Visual Design
     - New Launch Icon
     - Notifications for new content – you'll be asked if you want notifications the first time.
     - A Success indication after copying verses
     - Improved Typography on iOS version 7 (ligature support and improved kerning).

    Bugs Squashed:
     - It was possible to end up searching the Bible for "(null)" after defining a Strong's #, and then searching for something else to get more than one result.
     - It was possible to see "Search Bible" while long-pressing in the search bar in the Strong's view.
     - Crashed intermittently and unexpectedly on iOS 7 (often on startup, but not always).
     - Non-retina devices could see blurry text.

    Known Issues:
     - iPhone's navigation bar does not change colors when the theme changes (the iPad's navigation bar works correctly).
     - Informational text in views (such as search view) doesn't change when the theme changes.
     - When copying ranges, the verses are individually listed instead of using ranged references (ala Mat 1:2-5,7)
  4. v1.2iOS
    ## New Features

    - New layout for navigating Bible Books, Chapters, and Verses. Less Scrolling!
    - Notes are now searchable!
    - Downloadable Bibles, including non-English versions. Current versions include Spanish, French, Polish, and more. If you have a particular version you'd like to see included, please file an issue.
    - New Annotation Features, including a fifth keyboard row for the iPad for easy editing. Easily insert a verse reference or content. Display the context of a verse reference already in a note, and also display the Strong's definition of a G# in a note.
    - New Settings: compress the text on the right-side; extend highlights across the view; Smaller non-Greek words (on Greek side).
    - Revamped Settings for iPad
    - Re-ordered navigation bar buttons
    - Enhanced full-screen
    - iPhone uses the abbreviation instead of the full name for the selected book
    - Adjusted typesetter for easier reading.
    - New Polytonic Greek Fonts: Arev Sans, Gentium Plus, New Athena Unicode
    - Open Dyslexic support.

    ## Fixes
    - Performance improvements
    - Accessibility improvements
    - #79: Searches with more than one space between words (or searches consisting only of spaces) could crash the app.
    - #77: Highlights could collide with annotations when shown inline.
    - #75: Search panes took a while to load.
    - #74: Rotation during fade of splash screen could result in odd fades.
    - #69: Some Strong's definitions had missing information at the end.
    - #68: When copying a Strong's Definition, the notification that appeared has been removed. This becomes consistent with copying a Bible Verse.
    - Morphological Strong's #s are now hidden, since the Strong's Dictionary in the app doesn't support these. The existing Morphology tags fill their place.
    - #69: Some Strong's Definitions had missing information.
    - #64: KJV text had a misspelling in Acts 7:32
    - #63: Some Search Results were cut off
    - #62: There was no new line between lemma and definition when copying Strong's
  5. v1.1iOS
The new version of Greek Interlinear Bible is full of new features and plenty of bug fixes. If you have any difficulties with crashes, please be sure to let us know so that we can fix any outstanding issues.

    New Features:
#38: Westcott-Hort edition now comes with diacritics! Still working on finding sources for the other editions. Also searching is now diacritic insensitive, so that you don't have to know the exact diacritics on a Greek word in order to find it. Because of this, searching is a little slower by a couple seconds.
#NN: Westcott-Hort edition also comes with inline English translations. There is an option in Setings to disable this if you don't want it. For the other editions, this setting has no effect. Thanks to Biblos.com for providing us with a text with diacritics and inlined translations.
#23: Color Scheme support. Four great themes, with two themes made just for night reading. If you have ideas for other themes, please let us know!
#10: History is now maintained for Bible and Strong's searches. Your previous history will be migrated to the new history automatically.
#NN: All views now respect the transliteration option. If it is on, the Bible and Strong's search will transliterate their results.
#61: You can now use the standard "Select All" and "Copy" commands, even from a Bluetooth keyboard.

    Modified Features:
#52: Strong's G# within definitions now display the definition for a G# when tapped.
#51: Strong's Definitions can now be copied to the pasteboard.
#39: Allow hiding of Strong's G#s within the Bible text. As a consequence, there's now no real benefit to having parsed and unparsed versions of the same text. Therefore, the unparsed editions have been removed, save for Tischendorf which didn't have a parsed equivalent in 1.0.
#NN: Bible Search layout has been improved. Verses are side-by-side and listed in full. Single-word search term is highligted within the results.
#NN: Strong's layout has been modified. For the iPad, the pronunciation is also displayed.
#NN: Updated the About text to include the new features.

    Removed Features:
#NN: You could previously use "%" as a wildcard when searching the Bible or Strongs. This feature no longer exists. You can instead search for both words, which while not the same semantics is generally close enough.

    Bugs Squashed:
#46: Definitions were not rendering correctly on iPads running iOS 6.
#54: If the import.dat file is missing, the import operation would claim that the import completed successfully.
#45: The Strong's G# were not rendering the correct Greek word within the text.
#NA: Related to #45, some definitions were cut short.
#50: If the keyboard was dismissed without executing a search, the results would remain grayed-out.
#49: The shadows indicating that the content is scrollable were not properly recalculated when switching from certain views to other views.
#37: Not ever able to replicate, but did add some code to check for verse #s that are out of range.
#36: A crash could occur when entering the background. Hopefully fixed. Like #37, the issue would not replicate.
#43: Copying would copy the incorrect verses, and if the last verse of a chapter was copied, a crash would result.
#44: Galatians is now spelled correctly.
#48: It was possible to see the incorrect text rendered in the Settings view if the table was scrolled very quickly.
#47: If you had "Speak Selection" enabled on your device, the popup menu would only appear once. Fixed.

    Known Issues:
#53: The second Strong's G# for a compound verb returns no results. This is a limitation of the source text we're using.
