A bug was fixed that could cause the connection with the SkiMaps API to fail after going offline for a bit.

You can now put your favorite areas at the top of the list.

Some bugs were also fixed:
- some webcams in large areas did not show up on the map
- webcams didn't show their last update time
- persisting API errors when the app was running for a long time

- direction of slopes are now indicated on area maps
- use the latest version of the Windy API to make sure webcams still load
- allow force refreshing the list of areas when searching

SkiMaps is now available for iPad!

Updated the weather API to the latest version.

Time to look back on very unusual season with major improvements to the Recorded Activities view!
- You can now scroll through the graphs of long activities and see on the map exactly where you hit that top speed.
- Activities get better default names based on the time of day they were tracked.
- You can now also view all activities on the same day at once.

Since we're not allowed to travel anymore, I'm happy to announce that webcams are now fixed again.

Hey USA: I added support for imperial units. No more wondering what 0ºC feels like and how far a km is!
