New Game Center support

Address a usability feedback from user:  Tap a piece and then an empty spot will move the piece to that spot, if the move is legal.
This is supported as alternative to use drag to move a piece onto a spot.
Minor fix to preference page in iPad

New screen size support, graphics improvement

Added "Tell a friend" button
