Added 700 mb and 850 mb Upper Air maps to Weather Graphics. With the Pro version, you can add any graphics to your Favorites and combine them with Local Extended Forecasts and Forecast Discussions to create your own custom daily weather briefing.

Improvements:
- The 7-day Extended Forecast will now automatically refresh when returning from the background.
- There is now a time/date stamp on the Extended Forecast so that you know it's fresh. You can always also refresh it by pulling down and releasing.

Bug fix: There was a crash bug in 4.7 when the Local Extended Forecast was selected before the GPS location had been found. This is now fixed. If your location isn't available, you can always use the search feature to get your local extended forecast.

New Feature: National Weather Service 7-day extended local forecasts for your location, or any location you wish to search for. Tap the thermometer/sun icon to access it. On the iPad, you can look at the local 7-day extended forecast alongside the Forecast Discussion, which gives you a really good overview of the forecast.
