- I added a Ready, Set, Go before the exercise starts to give time to prepare. NOTE: You can turn the Get Ready feature on or off in the Settings page. - I fixed the iPad version so it can work in any orientation. - Fixed the streak counter so it works correctly. This update adds the ability to do Quick Flick workouts. Quick Flick workouts consists of a set of ten 2 second squeezes and 2 second relaxations which target the fast twitch muscle fibers. Mix these with your regular workouts to target both slow and fast twitch muscles. NOTE: You can make Quick Flick occur every 3 workouts by setting Fast Contractions to On from the Settings page. This update adds a requested feature to reset the Total Workouts back to 0. Go to the Settings page on the iPhone and scroll down to the "Reset Total Workouts Count" section and tap the button to reset to 0. This will not affect any other data, just the Total Workout count. Previously This update added a much requested feature - the ability to set your own workout. Tap on the Create Custom Workout button on the Home Page. This is the biggest update yet! - We've updated the iPhone to give it a brand new user interface with a more app-like look. - Another improvement is the ability to add up to ten reminders. This is thanks to feedback from users who have been advised by their urologist to do more than three sessions per day. - And finally, a behind the scenes upgrade has fixed the synchronisation issue between iPhone and Apple Watch.
