Fixed the bug in Dance Level 2 that played music instead of a video.

Fixed the bug on the iPad version that stopped the patterns from displaying in the Patterns tab.

Added new detail view with written information from the U.S. Figure Skating Instructor's Manual, plus ability to post direct to Twitter, Facebook and email, as well as adding a new Store within the app!
