New concept: TRACKS! Have you ever faced multiple challenges and wanted to work on different mental and medical issues simultaneously? Now you can create multiple tracks and address them in parallel. For example: You create your main track for anxiety and OCD. Then, unfortunately, something happens at work or in your personal life... Time for a new track! Just go to the Tracks tab, create a new track, describe your problem in free text, and... Voilà! We're excited to see what you can accomplish with Tracks, and look forward to hearing your feedback.
