Fixed issues that prevented player from progressing on 14th of February, where bandages either didn’t appear or applying them didn’t work properly

Fixed issue with highlighting not working in some scenarios when child was not with player and they had to speak with the child to continue the story

Fixed issue with dialogue playing when player was playing with ball or viewing a drawing

Updated bug reporter to have mandatory description provided when submitting bugs
