• An option has been added in invoice settings to enable automatic updating of product prices in the catalog when they are changed in the corresponding invoices.

• A new unit of measurement “set” (set) has been added.

    • On the product description page in the product catalog, the ability to clone a product has been added. To do this, click the “Clone” button in the header. After that, (copy) will be added to the end of the product name. All other parameters will remain the same as in the original product.

    At this stage, the copy will not yet be saved. You can make the necessary changes to the product copy, and after clicking the “Save” button, the copy with the applied changes will be saved.

    Only previously saved products can be cloned. For a newly created product, the cloning button will be unavailable until the product is saved.

• Fixes related to the release of iOS-26.

• Fixed export of invoice in PDF format.

 • On the «List of products» screen, added the ability to search by product SKU and display the product SKU.

• A new section “Notes \ ToDos” has been added. Here, you can create notes to help you remember to complete tasks related to the warehouse. Notes will be linked to the current warehouse, meaning each warehouse will have its own tasks. A red badge on the section will remind you of the number of unfinished tasks.

 • On the product remains screen, information about the product group has been added to the exported report.

• A “Storage Optimization” section has been added to the app settings. Here you can compress product photos or delete all product photos.
     For those who work with a large number of products with photos, it is strongly recommended to compress the product images.
     Moving forward, all newly added product photos will be automatically compressed when saved.

    • In the product directory, on the product list screen, the ability to search for a product by barcode has been added.

• Fixes in the barcode scanner operation.

• Added the ability to allocate “general expenses” that are not related to specific invoices. For example: expenses for advertising, rent, etc.
   The amounts of such expenses will be considered when calculating the profit for the period for the current warehouse.
   You can create such an invoice and view the list of invoices with additional expenses in the “MONEY” -> “Expenses” -> “Additional Expenses” section.

This update focuses on the product catalog:
 • Added the ability to export the product catalog.
 • Added the ability to import the product catalog from an Excel file

Optimization of current stock calculations has been performed. This allowed the following improvements:

 • The process of calculating warehouse statistics on the main screen has been accelerated.

 • In the product directory, on the product list screen for a group, the stock for each product is displayed for the current warehouse.

 • When generating an invoice that requires available stock (sales invoice, write-offs, etc.), only products that are in stock are displayed.

 • When adding a product to the invoice on the product search screen, the quantity of each product for the current warehouse is also displayed.

• Sales Invoice.
To make a decision about providing a discount on an product, information about the product’s cost price and the calculated maximum possible discount has been added to the sales invoice when selecting the product. This is the discount that can be applied to the selling price of the product without dropping below the cost price.

• Product catalog.
Information about the stock balance at the current warehouse has been added.

• Stock balance screen.
For products with zero stock, a button has been added to delete the product and all its transactions.

• A field for entering a short product description has been added to the product directory.

• A field for entering additional expenses (logistics, etc.) has been added to the invoice. These expenses will be taken into account when calculating profit. You can view the list of invoices with additional expenses in the 'MONEY' section -> 'Expenses' -> 'Additional Expenses'. If this accounting is not necessary, you can disable the display of this field in the 'SETTINGS' section -> 'Invoice'.

The current warehouse will act as the donor, and you can choose any other warehouse as the recipient. You can view transfer invoices in the “WAREHOUSES” section. Editing such an invoice is only possible if the donor warehouse in the invoice is the current warehouse.

• Minor visual improvements.

• A new menu item, "Total movement for the period", has been added to the "Goods" section. This report shows the total movement (quantity\amount) for each product for the selected period of time.

Improved work with comments to the invoice:
  •  When you open a previously saved invoice, a comment for this invoice will immediately be displayed in a pop-up window.
  •  On all screens where the list of invoices\movements is displayed, the ability to search also by comment text has been added.
  •  On all screens where the list of invoices\movements is displayed, the ability to filter “Reason:” - “Invoices with comment” has been added.

•  Added quick navigation from the main screen to the list of invoices with debtors. If you have enabled the display of statistics for the current warehouse on the main screen, then you can tap on the line with information about the number of invoices with debtors and you will be redirected to the section with a list of debtors.

•  In the "In-stock balance" section, the ability to display only those products that are in stock has been added.

 •  A "=" button has been added to the invoice to quickly fill out the "Payment Amount" field with the value from the "Order Amount" field.

•  Added the ability to pin the names of list columns when scrolling.
    You can manage the settings in the "SETTINGS" section -> "Scrolling settings".

 •  Fixed a bug with adding a client/supplier from the address book.

•  On the date selection screens, the ability to set preset periods has been added:
   - for today
   - for yesterday
   - during the week
   etc.
 The default period can be set in the "SETTINGS" -> "Settings for dates" section

•  The ability to add a new client/supplier when registering an invoice that is not yet in the directory.
    To do this, you need to activate the client/supplier search screen and click on the + in the upper right corner.

•  The fields “PARTNER” and “SUM” have been added to the exported report “Movement for the period”.
  •  Changed sorting by dates. Now, by default, items with a later date will be at the top of the list.
  •  When adding goods to the invoice, the previously selected group is automatically selected.
