Bug fix so times longer than an hour are accepted

See congratulatory flags on your races when you PR or meet a goal! Also included are improved UI, accessibility integration, and data security.

Code optimization, minor UI enhancements, and bug fix of when a PR was edited, a race was added to the home screen.

You can now search, favorite, filter, and sort your races with ease! Just click the search icon on the home page and customize your race order from the settings page. In addition, you can now view and edit race details directly from the graphs page by double tapping on graph points.

You can now add notes for each race! How were you feeling? What were your splits? How was the weather? Whatever you have to say about your races can be included. Minor bug in the handling of incorrect passwords was also fixed.
