Update to 'Contact Times' tool

Bug fix in new 'Contact Times' tool

This version now contains a 'Contact Times' tool to enable calculation of when your required to respond to calls and when you are not to be contacted during layovers

This version includes an updated Cross Wind Calculator that will store previously entered values to allow for quicker and easier recalculation of cross winds for the same runway. It also include minor big and performance fixes.
