Bug fix: The keyboard isn't squished anymore when launching in landscape on an iPad

iOS11 HotFix. This is a partial fix for the problems introduced with iOS11, meaning that it *will* run on iPad, and it will run in landscape on iPhone. What isn't fixed is the ability to scroll the cash flow viewer—it won't scroll. I'll get to that, but right now no obvious solution presents itself.

FIX: Removed experimental pop-up

New: email templates--now you can create your own templates for most of the email sent by the calculator. It is not as simple as I'd like, but it does give you many options. See the FAQs at the support site for more information.
Fix: rounding of displayed numbers

Fixed bug in the email amortization table, accessibility tweaks.

Added Launch Center Pro integration so you can launch directly to TVM, Bonds or Invest modes. Minor cosmetic fixes.

Full portrait mode on iPhone—don’t settle for the dumbed down keyboard you'll get with other products. All of the usability enhancements we pioneered in 2008 are now available in both portrait and landscape: visual cash flow, plain language messages, displayed register contents and more.

*** Please be aware that the iPhone 4/4S takes several seconds to rotate the screen--it will get there, it just takes a few moments on the older phones. ***

Also: Added voiceover for accessibility, full screen on iPhone 5, shows more digits before going to scientific notation, is centered on iPad at launch.

iOS7 compatibility

Localization to Spanish, Portuguese and German.

iPad version now uses a long tap (press and hold) in the background picture to change the image.

Goto Settings>Calc-12E to restore a traditional design! Tweaked the keyboard design by laying the ENTER key on its side and rearranging the backspace, STO, RCL, GOLD and (now) GREEN keys. The change is undesired but there are reasons.

Bug fixes.

Improved robustness when switching between cash flow scenarios.

Now with copy and paste! Double or long tap on the display and copy/paste between apps. When a new number is pasted, we do not automatically press the ENTER button so that you can change it after pasting. CAUTION: when pasting, the calculator respects the region format in "Settings, General, International, Region Format" so if you are pasting a number that was formatted in a different region the results may be unpredictable!

Fixed a problem with the display when entering numbers at a fixed 2 decimal places. This was only a visual bug.

Fixed condition that reduced the number of allowable cash flows to 50 and cleanup of images used for Retina display

For iPad users, change the background image by tapping it and choosing a photo from your photo collection. The first time you do this, a copy of the default antique ledger is saved in your camera roll so you can use it again if you wish.

For everyone, the DATE function will report dates according to your global locale settings, no messing around required on the calculator. And an oddity with the click sound volume has been resolved.

Two minor bug fixes
