Improve support for XR12 and XR16.

Note: support for mixers other than XR18 has currently been tested on the XR16 and XR12. The X18, MR18 and MR12 mixers use the same protocol, but we and our testers don't have this hardware to test on. If you run into any trouble with these mixers, contact us at xairmonitormixer@tetzfiles.com and we'll resolve it immediately.
