'The Future is Now' update!

We've become aware of a magical new device, called iPhone X. This update corrects some formatting issues on older devices, and allows the CPM Calculator to take advantage of the full iPhone X screen.

This update from Apple will improve the functionality of this app. No new features are included.

- Various bugfixes (boring when you read this, but exciting when you realize this enhances the accuracy of the magical engine powering this app).

- Enhanced dynamic resizing for displays of varying sizes (this means it's going to look fabulous).
