Fixes for iOS 9

iOS 9 introduced an issue with clicks at the end of sounds, will be issuing another update soon. Does not effect iOS 7 or 8.

You may now do fingerboard shifting on the fly! Just touch the shift select buttons to choose the left, center, or right 25 buttons of the standard 31-button fingerboard.

Fixed a "stuck" button on slide issue found on the 4th generation iPod Touch.
