Supporting Samsung DeX mouse control

New feature:
- Supporting Propulsion Cannon's touch controls with grabbed object. You can hold the button to aim and release it to shoot

Bug fixes:
- Water surface clips through bases
- Shadow Leviathan doesn't let go of the Prawn Suit

Fixing the following issues:
- Weather particles clip through bases windows, some parts of the caves and Alien Bases
- Frozen Creature's ice has visual issues.
- Brightness adjustments don’t adapt when entering/exiting the Moonpool with a vehicle.
- Booster Tank VFX remains enabled when entering Prawn Suit if OxygenDepletes is disabled (creative / custom modes).
- Prawn Suit Boost button enables Booster Tank.
- When entering the Seatruck Dock room, the camera might get very jerky.
- Camera clips through the ground when entering Al-An Spaceship (cutscene).
- Dragging a pinned recipe while another finger is already touching the screen causes the recipe to warp to the center of the screen.
