- We’ve updated our magic link login emails to make logging in even smoother! Each email now includes a unique timestamp, which prevents email providers like Gmail from grouping them into a single conversation thread.
- You can now enter the Telehealth waiting room 10 minutes before your scheduled session (previously 5 minutes). This gives you more time to get set up and ready—no rushing required.
- We’ve improved our SMS invites for setting up your MYIO account. Now, when you tap the link in the text message, you’ll be taken directly to the right app store—no more landing pages or choosing between platforms.
