The latest release of the Ventra App brings you updates to Metra fares for a more seamless commuting experience!

•	Stay ahead of your journey with the latest Metra fare adjustments.
•	The app now reflects the most up-to-date Metra pricing for accurate trip planning.

This release includes a mix of bug fixes, user interface improvements, and backend enhancements to provide a smoother and more reliable experience.

Reliability and user interface improvements. If Metra, CTA, or Pace marks a vehicle as delayed, the app will show that status.

CTA and Pace are combining passes! CTA 1-Day, 3-Day, 7-Day, and 30-Day passes are now valid for unlimited trips on CTA and Pace. You'll see these new options when you check out. Add an unlimited pass to your Ventra card and unlock our entire region.

This regular update includes enhancements to trip planning and transit tracking tool, performance improvements, and various bug fixes.

Our latest update introduces the new Regional Connect Pass. The Regional Connect Pass is exclusive to Metra Monthly Pass holders, and provides unlimited rides on CTA and Pace service all month long with no date and time restrictions. The Regional Connect Pass replaces the Metra Link-Up Pass and Pace PlusBus Pass and will be available for purchase in the Ventra app starting June 20, 2022.
