Update to comply with the new Google policy for the Target API 34. The watch face only supports Wear OS 4 or higher.

The dial has been extended by 2 editable complications. Two shortcuts have been replaced.

Another design has been added to the small hands. This is specially designed for use in combination with the 2 new complications.
