Fixed an issue with the Demo Mode where the map resizes during a position update after zooming. Also fixed the message that would let you know when the data wasn't available from the provider and the Friend multiple address selection spinner. The compass is on all the time now. Also some minor bug fixes.

Minor change to the Demo mode. It was apparent the Demo mode should now operate the same way the real warnings work.  When you touch the Demo button, based on the Warning Display selection in Settings, the screen will change to either the Map (default), the Compass, or the main screen.

Small interface change and a small bug fix. Added the ability to automatically switch the view to your choice of the Map or Compass when you receive new warnings from the main view (My Warnings button). Added "Warning Display" in Settings menu for selecting the view to display when new warnings are received in the main view.  Also fixed a crash bug in Friends menu that occurred if the user tried to select a contact that didn't have an address but had the latitude/longitude in the notes section of the contact selected.  By the way, that's a very nice feature if you can't get the address to resolve to a point. The help menu has more details.

Added a Delete button and removed the Refresh button on the Friends menu. Plus, if multiple addresses are in the contact you choose on the Friends menu, a picker wheel will pop-up and allow you to select any of them. Also fixed some bugs.

Bug fix
  - current location updates sometimes getting reset causing problems for displays and updates.

Changed responsibility for push notification selection back out to the device.
Some selectable options in the app are selectable only when push notifications are enabled. Specifically, "Tornado Warnings Only" option.
All current device settings are displayed at the bottom of the app Settings menu.
Terminated app will now update locations for large location changes.
Minor edits on prompts, local popups, descriptive text, and Help menu.
