New in-app purchase that allows users to download native version of the videos for each exam maneuver or special test. This will allow users to have access to the video content without the need for an internet connection.  In addition, the videos have audio instructions in English as well.  Flexibility in download is allowed letting the user download 1 test or all the tests in a body region.
