- Automatically Retrieve Folder Images (Local, SMB, FTP, WebDAV, SFTP)
   Settings → Bookshelf (List) → Auto cover get → Automatically Retrieve Folder Images
   Default value is OFF.
- For GoogleDrive and OneDrive, folder images will be automatically obtained if they exist on the cloud server
