Fixed issue with game selection

Fixed an issue with latest update that caused some views to get cut off.

Fixed the Set Cash and Add to Cash problem that was introduced with iOS 12.2

The 2.1 update addresses the issue where credits were reset and the analyze a hand was incorrect until play the game was selected. If there are anymore issues let me know.

Fixed crash in deuces wild game using OS 4
Also fixed saving of stats in multitasking OS 4

NOTE: 1.7 still has problems crashing with deuces wild variants in iOS4 and it does not save stats when removed from multitasking in iOS4.  Both of these issues are resolved in 1.8 that is currently under review.

Fixed critical bug in iOS 4 where the app would crash after switching to another program then returning to WinPoker

IMPORTANT NOTE:  1.6 has a critical bug in OS 4.  I have 1.7 in review that addresses this problem.  If you have OS 4, do not download 1.6, please wait for 1.7

Changed the name from iWinPoker to WinPoker due to a ceast and desist order from iWin.com

WinPoker now allows for user created pay tables.  You can create a new pay table from any of the existing 31 games and then run a game analysis to get the games return.  Click on the Games button from the Play the Game screen to access these new features.

Also fixed a few more stability bugs.
