The recent redesign update is associated with a slight Android rating increase of +0.21 stars, bringing the average rating from 1.97 to 2.18 stars. However, this minor positive signal is offset by new pairing errors and hardware incompatibility issues that render some connected appliances unusable. The net verdict is neutral, as core camera connection issues and motion alert crashes persist, keeping the overall rating baseline low.

Welcome home, little one. Along with some minor fixes, this update includes our new brand, with the same great app. We're now known as "Connected Family". This one app will enable support of our Safety 1st and Maxi-Cosi connected products.
