Beyond Search that was added in 3.1 we have a minor but important bug fix thanks to immediate customer feedback

After listening to user feedback we have added search to allow you to search specific Article or Amendments, added support for dynamic type in the Supreme Court sections,made the favorites section more readable and added favorites to Supreme Court decisions.  We have also fixed a number of bugs.
