Measurement Point Offset on Certain PDFs

Fixed an issue where square footage (and other measurement) points would land approximately 1 inch off from where you clicked. This only affected certain PDF documents — typically architectural/construction plans that have internal cropping borders (CropBox ≠ MediaBox). Most PDFs were unaffected, which is why it was hard to reproduce.

Document no longer jumps when switching zoom levels
Pan mode now tracks 1:1 with your cursor, grab a spot and it stays under your mouse
Smooth panning at all zoom levels, including above 150%
Fixed panning moving in the wrong direction when dragging
Document stays within bounds, no more snapping or bouncing at edges
