Fixed the app icon badge that could stay stuck on 1, even after you'd read everything.

The rest of this release is polish for the phone:
 • Buttons and rows now respond to your touch, with subtle haptics
 • Pull down to refresh on messages, the calendar and expenses
 • Messages always appear in the order they were sent, and a conversation keeps your place when you come back to the app
 • A "Needs response" note now shows once it's been answered
 • The calendar gives more room to the day's events, and the agenda opens on today
 • Expenses leads with your balance and is easier to scan
 • Tapping an upcoming event on the dashboard opens that event
