Updated and optimised for use on iPhoneX and iOS 12

An important update for the Energy Requirements Screen as there were some bugs in the MJ/ME output forumlas.
All figures are now uptodate and now display the correct information.
App is also configured for use on iPads

New "Herd Groups & Feeding" function.  Now you are able to create individual herd groups and assign different feeding senarios to each group and have the results total into an overview screen. Extremely handy for farmers with multiple herds feeding many different supplements.  Took me quite a while to get this working correctly, I hope you enjoy.  :-)

Further Improvements throughout the app especially in the Pastures & Supplements Screen.
Now you can calculate grazing patterns using variables such as;
- Stocking Rate
- Rotation Length
- Available Hectares
- Enter Supplements as either kgDM/Cow/Day or total Wet Weight feed, handy for silage wagon loading
This allows you to run a number of calculations on differing variables.  For example, If you need to maintain a 24 day rotation and have a number of different supplements to feed, you can now calculate what the optimum pasture levels need to be.  This is probably the best improvement Ive made to date.  Im continuing to work on further improvements so stay tuned for further updates

Ive also modified the screen size so that it looks and functions better on the iphone6, while still being usable for any cavemen out there that are still using iPhones4 or older.

Simplification of the start screen menu along with updated modifications and improvements, new functions including

- A requested update/modification, you now have the option of calculating the supplement feeding rates as either kgDM per cow or Total WetWeight per herd.
