Now you can add details of all your filters to the equipment database, including lens compatibility via step-up rings. Crown + Flint will remind you which filters are compatible with each of your lenses.

Each filter you use reduces the amount of light hitting your film. In the past, Crown + Flint couldn't know that, unless you removed the filter, and placed it in from of your phone's camera. Now, Crown + Flint will automatically adjust the light meter to accommodate loss from your filters.

And of course, with metadata collection being at the heart of Crown + Flint, your frames now have a record of which filters you used to capture your images, so you can learn how different films and filters interact with each other, and improve your craft.
