A new Inbox feature has been added to the application. This enhancement will serve as an additional communication tool for the CSMT team to share updates directly within the application. Like GWM system alerts, the CSMT Inbox will highlight important information specifically related to CSMT features, functionality, or system changes.

Introducing a new Login Method for the CSMT application. For more information, press the “Login Issues?” link on the login page. Additionally, introducing the “RPT History” tab, where users will be able to view their previous RPT submissions in the CSMT application.

New "Part Quantity" Dropdown on the PRA Form. You will now be able to add what quantity you are requesting approval for directly within the CSMT application!

We’ve enhanced the CSMT App experience with new features that will allow our users to do more in the app.
-	New PRA ‘Attach Media feature, where users can now view the Photos/Video they submitted for a previous PRA.
-	New Push Notification Selection feature, where users can configure which Notifications they receive in the application.

Bug Fixes

We’ve enhanced the CSMT app experience with new features that will allow our users to do more in the app:
·       Introduction of the ‘PRA Request Details – Comments’ page, which allows users to ask specific questions regarding a particular PRA.
·       Removal of the ‘Request Details’ button for Rework PRAs, in order to clear confusion on how Rework PRAs are to be submitted.

We’ve enhanced the CSMT app experience with new features that will allow our users to do more in the app:
-          New FPR Drafts Feature, where users will be able to start an FPR form, save their progress, and submit at a later date.
-          Addition of Light/Dark mode. Depending on your device’s settings, the CSMT app will be displayed in either Light or Dark mode.

        o Visit the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) Page

New modules Photo Parts Return (PPR) and Replacement Parts Traceability (RPT) are now included in Certified Service Mobile Toolbox (CSMT) Application.

	• PPR gives users the ability to take and submit photos of parts when requested from GM Personnel rather than physically sending the part.
	• RPT gives users the ability to easily capture replacement part data and send to General Motors.

We've also enhanced the CSMT experience with new features that will allow our users to do more in the app.

	• Recall Lookup: Users now have the ability to scan a VIN and view any open recalls on the vehicle.
	• VIN Scan Popup Validation: Users now have the ability to validate VIN was scanned correctly though an automatic popup notification.
