update for iOS 16.1 minor bugs fixed

updated for 14.5 bugs fixed.

bugs fixed, calculation are now  more precise, exclusively for radiologic anterversion and Inclination of cup.

-Pelvic tilt may lead to misinterpretation of cup position on anteroposterior pelvic radiographs. We added mathematical correction to reduce these errors. The angle APP is added and in calculation and can be adjusted manually according to surgeons preference.
-RI-Radiographic Inclination and RA-Radiographic Anteversion values  are adjusted by taking into account the Pelvic Tilt  (APP angle ) according to mathematical correction algorithm.
-Operative Inclination (OI), Operative Anteversion (OA), Anatomical Inclination (AI), Anatomical Anteversion (AA) are calculated (Murray definition).
- RI or RA values are printed in red or green, according to measured value in cases these are in certain range (Lewinnek  at al), indicating if the positioning of the cup is optimal (green) or not (red).
