  1. v1.6.1iOS
    Fixed an issue where HDR Pattern would not render when connected to a SDR display. System now switches to EDR mode.
    Fixed an issue where AV Sync overlay and test pattern animations would not run when Reduce Motion was enabled.
  2. v1.5.1iOS
    Fixed an issue where AV Sync overlay and test pattern animations would not run when Reduce Motion was enabled.
  3. v1.4.4iOS
    AV Sync Test Pattern:
     Audio tone options — Frequency selector (1kHz standard, 440Hz, pink noise burst) and channel routing (Left / Right / Both). Useful when troubleshooting which audio channel is delayed through a mixer or matrix.
     Signal info panel — Expand the top-left info to show color space (BT.709/BT.2020), bit depth, HDR status, and device model. Techs on-site want to screenshot this as documentation.
     Motion judder bar — A horizontal bar that scrolls at constant velocity across the screen. Reveals frame drops, judder, and cadence issues in scalers/LED processors that the sync clock alone won't catch.
    *This is an overlay, you can overlay on any Test pattern as a background.
    *By default the internal overlay will be disabled when an external display is detected, yet can be re-enabled!
    *Lower processors could notice frame drops if both internal and external displays are enabled.

    HDR!
     Added - HDR capabilities to Main UI and External Displays.
     Added a new HDR Peak Window pattern for HDR Displays.
     Added an option to toggle HDR/SDR for HDR test patterns.
     Added Korean, Brazilian, Chinese languages!

     Color scheme changed from dynamic to Dark mode.

     Performance enhancements
  4. v1.3.3iOS
    * added 3 new Test Patterns -
    1. Checkerboard Pattern (Geometry category)
      - Purpose: Testing pixel response time, motion blur, overdrive artifacts
      - Implementation: 16x16 alternating black and white squares using Canvas for performance
      2. Gradient Ramps Pattern (Luma category)
      - Purpose: Testing banding, bit depth, gamma response, color accuracy
      - Implementation: 4 horizontal gradients (Luminance, Red, Green, Blue)
      3. Resolution Chart Pattern (Geometry category)
      - Purpose: Testing display sharpness, signal bandwidth, resolution limits
      - Implementation: Multiburst pattern with 8 frequency zones (2-28 bars) plus corner indicators

    * added Show Meters on Preview option for iPad

    * Overlays are initially disabled for Luma patterns, which are used for testing luminance, grayscale accuracy, banding, and bit depth. Diagnostic overlays would interfere with these tests by adding visual artifacts, so they're automatically disabled to ensure clean, accurate gradient/step displays.

    * more test patterns and features coming soon!

  5. v1.2iOS
    * Add User images/test patterns from Photo Library/Files!
    * added an option to turn off low-power mode. Low power mode will stop animations such as scanning color bars when the battery reaches 20%.
    * Test Pattern options can now be invoked in fullscreen.
    * Proper spacing for settings text
    * Light mode/dark mode fixes
    * Localization additions
    * fixed decay bars
  6. v1.1iOS
    * Export your Test Patterns!
     -Main and External Displays. (PNG, PDF, JPEG, TIFF)
    * Optimized EDID injection
    * fixed the Custom Text button
    * fixed the custom colors layout

    * added 6 languages:
    - English
    - Spanish
    - Chinese
    - French
    - German
