The Spending lock screen has been rebuilt. From top to bottom you now see its current status, what gets limited and when, and when it unlocks. First-time setup walks you through three steps, and if Screen Time access is off, the app shows how to turn it back on. You can also turn all locks off at once.

The Plus screen now shows clearly what Spending lock does and which features you can use without Plus.
