DayDew - Journal, Diary, Notesv3.0

Released April 7, 2026Major

iOS Android

The recent major update yielded a neutral net impact, though early metrics show a rating decline of 1.14 stars. This shift is highly volatile, drawing from a post-release sample of only three reviews on Android and zero on iOS. Early complaints highlight unresponsive touch inputs and a lack of a free trial, while the resolution of a tutorial bug provides a minor positive signal.

Investigate reports of unresponsive touch inputs on Android to prevent further rating declines from the current average of 3.0 stars.
Evaluate the feasibility of introducing a free trial period and a password lock feature, as users highlighted these omissions in early post-update feedback.
Increase post-update review prompts on both iOS and Android to build a statistically viable sample size beyond the current three reviews.
