Minor improvements

In the gallery you're now able to select multiple shots and delete them at once.

We've improved the user interface so that the App is now easier to use with one hand.

Thank you very much for all the feedback from our many users. We're sorry that we didn't find the time for more regular updates. Therefore we decided to completely rewrite the iMicroscope App in Swift. With this update it should run pretty smoothly and bring a few new features.
