Update to the calculation according to FEI 2026 rules

Fixed a rounding issue on cents in some special cases.

- Updated calculation regarding new FEI rules 2022
- Added support for Dark-mode
- Rework calculation in case the competition has to be splitted into groups

In case of more than 100 starter it could happen, that by following the FEI rules, the calculated prize money becoming less then the money for the 13th place. The app now correct this issue und changes the value to a valid one. The official FEI percentage and the real calculated percentage (in brackets) are now shown in the list.
