New: your state's car-buying rules. California's new buyer protections start October 1, and DealShield now shows the rules for the dealer's state right on your deal, with the line to say at the dealer. Add the price they showed you in writing and we'll flag a contract that goes above it. Also: scores are more careful when the price hasn't been checked yet, 0% loans no longer show a $0 payment, fairer deal comparisons, and more reliable Pro access if your card needs updating.
