Statistics for a detailed analysis of what you eat every day. The new Statistics tab allows for deep learning about meals you consume and tracking your weight progress. Calories: Monitor the total amount you are to eat on a particular day, the amount you’ve already consumed, and the amount you have left. Check the split into carbs, fats, and protein to know the ratio and how much grams each element takes up in your meal plan on that day. Nutrients: Learn about macro & microelements in your meal plan.
