Image scaling has been improved to avoid possible memory issues or timeouts with large images or poor networks connections.

Mobile Delivery for Android now records the image capture date/time.  For clients running BisTrack 4.0 or better, this new capture date/time will import into Scan Track as the Scanned date/time.
