Bug fixes.

Changes related to ETC.

- Fixed problem with all remotes showing up as either iPad og iPhone. You can now specify a device name in settings.

- Fixes problem where remote controlled monitor did not show up on remote control.

- Fixes problem where remote controlled iOS 15 devices would drop the connection after 10-20 seconds.

Known problems in this release

- Exiting keypad without entering a value sets parameter to zero.
- Backgrounding the app while remote controlling a monitor ends the session.

This version requires iOS 11 and is not compatible with pervious versions.

Due to a problem with Bluetooth in Apples networking libraries on iOS 9.3.5  this version of the app will require iOS 11.

The previous version of the app running on iOS 9.3.5 and iOS 10 devices will continue to function with other devices running iOS 9.3.5 and iOS 10.

Minor updates and additions.

Due to changes in iOS, devices running iOS 9.3.5 will not connect to devices with iOS 10 or newer.
