With some iPad Pro versions, the extra keyboard had a wrong position.

Fixed a problem with buttons close to the screen border.

- Dictate text had problems with iOS 16.
- From iOS 14 , tn5250 can handle external keyboards automatically. No need to use option: menu - configure - wireless keyboard.
- From iOS 14 ,  some BT keyboards designed for iOS, such as Logitech K480 supports fxx keys.
- Updated libraries for Socket Mobile and Zebra scanners.

Added a fast typing option. Call it from the menu, when in session with a server.
