What’s fixed: Messages in Communication History > Messages now open and display correctly when selected. This fix restores expected access to patient communications in the app. Message Center issue An issue affecting the EHR App (Version 11.1.6) on iOS devices has been resolved. Some users were unable to open the Message Center and received a “Response status code was unacceptable: 502” error on iPhone and iPad devices, even though their apps and iOS versions were up to date. This issue has been fixed. The Message Center should now load normally. If you continue to experience issues, please restart the app or contact support.
