  9. v1.6iOS
Your work in MASH is now persistent, meaning you won't lose your progress if the app gets killed in the background. Just launch it again and you'll start right where you left off. You're also now able to have as many projects as you want -- just tap on the project title at the top of the screen to create and switch between projects. You can also create a new copy from your current work, making it quick and easy to experiment with different ideas across multiple projects. Want to try a different song and tempo? No problem.
  10. v1.5iOS
Version 1.5 -- Edit individual clips

When you tap on a clip in the scrubber, you'll now be able to adjust its duration and midpoint, letting you zero in on the exact moment you want. You can also toggle the Live Photo presentation between still and video, and edits are preserved while you're experimenting. And if you want to switch the default behavior across your whole project, there's now a setting for that, too.

There are new tempo and duration settings, so you can shorten or lengthen the amount of time your clips are onscreen to match your favorite song's tempo. Lastly, you're now able to pick a maximum duration, so you can create a short 30- or 60-second video, or let the content fill up the entire duration of your selected song.

    Happy MASHing!
  11. v1.4iOS
We've started work on a new editing view that makes working with clips in MASH easier than ever. Tap on the "X" in the top-left (or swipe up) of any of your clips to remove it from your mashed video. It'll be replaced with a "ghost view" that you can tap to easily add it back where it was.

Also, you might notice a media type icon in the top-right corner of your clips. Tapping on a Live Photo icon toggles how that clip is represented in your video -- from the video component of your Live Photo to the still image and back again.

    Lots more to come!
  12. v1.3iOS
    Bugfixes and performance improvements
  13. v1.2iOS
One feature of MASH is its ability to exclude clips from your video when they occur right after other clips -- we call this "limiting consecutive clips." You're now able to override this behavior in order to include more content in your mashed videos, and we like the results so much that this is the new default behavior.

You can now swipe the player away to dismiss it! No need to reach all the way across to the "EDIT" button just to refine your date selection or music choice.

The "Noir" theme now looks sensible on iOS 17 again.

Lastly, we've also fixed a bug with the review prompt so it no longer shows if you cancel out of the export flow.
  14. v1.1iOS
You're now able to **link a music folder** in the Files app to MASH, which should make it a lot faster to try out different songs for your mash.

You can use your iTunes purchases too. Don't see the song you want? Head on over to the iTunes store to purchase and download it to your device to make it available.
