Updated to fix display problem with iOS 10

New in this release:
The ability to save and then restore at any time a pre-selected rotation of the inner dial. This allows you to set a previously computed value such as a 1:9 Glide Ratio for best glide speed  calculations. Ex. By setting 1 on the outer scale over 9 on the inner scale (the best glide speed glide ratio for a Cessna 172SP), you can easily see that at an altitude of 7000 feet AGL you should be able to glide approx. 10 NM in an engine idle scenario. You can save this reference by pressing the Save button and then restore it any time by pressing the Restore button even after exiting and then re-opening the application.
